OS-01 FACE SPF (OS-01 SHIELD) is not water-resistant, though it is perfect for everyday use for most lifestyles. For swimming or sweating, we recommend using a water-resistant sunscreen instead.

Regarding the product's broad-spectrum protection, OS-01 FACE SPF (OS-01 SHIELD) has passed the Broad Spectrum Test as per FDA Regulations in 21 CFR 201.327(j). Additionally, it is rated PA+++, indicating high UVA protection.

To receive the labeled SPF, users should apply 2 mg per square centimeter of surface area. For most people, this equates to a little less than ¼ teaspoon for the face alone.

It is recommended to apply OS-01 FACE SPF (OS-01 SHIELD) liberally to the face (and neck and chest if desired) as the last step in your skincare routine, 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every two hours.
